Book quality is very poor

The item was shrink-wrapped but the cover was covered in weird flakes of white gunk. The "book" cover is too shoddy and flimsy for $35-- the spiral binding is already starting to fray and tear right after I took it out of the packaging.

Consult the Style Manual Instead

The book is okay and gives you some tips for composing a term paper; however, if you already have the proper style guide, there is no reason to buy this book.
Now if it's available on reserve in your school library, it is not a waste of time to read. But, I would not buy it again.
