I am new to management and this book helped clarify many topics. The book is written in a down to earth style, and just jammed with valuable info. Anyone going into HR or Management would certainly benefit from reading and then using this book as a resource.

If you don't have a separate HR, get this!

Nothing beats a trained, well-staffed HR department. But if your business is too small for that, this book is an absolute must. This could save you thousands and thousands. What is more, it will make you a better boss because knowing better how to handle the bad naturally makes you better at handling the good and the gray areas.
