These authors understand the complex situation of cyberbullying. This book is an excellent resource which will help school administrators deal logically with cyberbullying incidents. The matrix they developed is simple to use and easily understood. This is a must read for any school administrator who deals with bullying in cyberspace.

A Must Read for All School Leaders

Finally a book that offers school leaders guidance in their decision-making processes around the sensitive issue of cyber bullying. This book shares a solid review of law cases in an interesting and well organized manner. The most important part of the book is something the authors refer to as The MATRIX. This tool and its subsequent rubric give districts a way to develop a common understanding AND a common discipline plan. I would usually only say that I love a book if it were fiction but I can easily state that I love what this book offers me in the performance of my job.

"Responding to Cyber Bullying" is an excellent resource for school administrators and teachers. Too often, schools do not take action to combat cyber-bullying because they are uncertain about what steps to take. This is an excellent guide for understanding the role of schools in addressing these types of problems in a proactive way. The authors combine experience in law, technology, and school administration; bringing a comprehensive approach to this challenging problem. I recommend this reference.
