If your writing job descriptions...

I used this book while hiring for a small retail startup that incorporated six different storefronts into the same business. I've got to say that if you are writing job descriptions, then definitely check this out. This is a tiny investment for your company to make to help get the best people and keep things legal.
We certainly had great success with our 'hires.'
I'm also a bit of a Nolo press fan boy, I'll admit, and having a full HR department with trained staff would be nice, but for the small company this is well worth the price.
