Appointed to the California Municipal Court in 1975, Roderic Duncan was then elected to the Superior Court bench in 1987. Very Detailed and Informative

Provides examples of necessary forms, instructions for correspondence with opposing party, and a lot more. The index in the back is detailed to help find exactly what you're looking for fast. I hope I will not need this book again, but glad it will be in my library. Thank you Judge Duncan for sharing your knowledge with those of us who cannot afford legal council.

If you need general information and forms, then this is a good book. But you can get the same information and forms off the internet for free. However, you will have to search for that information while this book gives it to you in an organized fashion without the hunt. If you need more detailed information, then this book is worthless.
